Headquartered in our brand new HQ based in the heart of Shoreditch, Harmonic Group is B Corp certified Recruitment and Executive Search firm composed of; Harmonic Finance and Harmonic Operations. We have offices located in London, Manchester and Boston (US).

We are proudly led by Harmonic's Founder, Charlie Walker and Co-Founder, Fin Glanvill. 

Charlie has built Harmonic over the past 6 years. Charlie built his first recruitment business to a £30m turnover age 24. With almost 20 years in building business, he is one of the best networked leaders in the UK and remains the youngest ever Recruitment International (now TIARA) ‘Entrepreneur of the Year’, Charlie remains very hands-on within Harmonic, and leads on many of our successful retained pitches for CEO, CFO and COO roles.

Fin has extensive experience of leading retained searches across SaaS, Fintech and Insurance clients within the London markets. Alongside his experience in the UK, Fin has experience working with Biotech, Fintech and MedTech markets on the East Coast. Fin relocated to Boston Spring of this year to lead the Boston team and establish Harmonic globally!

We've grown from a headcount of 2 to 40 in the last 6 years and with no plans to slow down, we have big ambitions to grow - nationally and internationally! As a scaling business, we're looking for future leaders and invest hugely into the people that come and join us at Harmonic.
