Charlie has driven Harmonic’s growth since the launch in 2017. Before founding Harmonic, he built his first recruitment business to £30m in turnover by the age of 24. With nearly two decades of experience growing companies, he is among the most well-connected leaders in the UK and remains the youngest ever winner of the Recruitment International (now TIARA) Entrepreneur of the Year award. Charlie remains closely involved in the running of Harmonic and continues to lead many of our successful retained pitches for CEO, CFO and COO roles.

Fin brings extensive experience delivering retained searches across SaaS, FinTech and Insurance within the UK and the US. After relocating to Boston in 2023 to lead the team there and spearhead Harmonic’s international expansion, he has partnered with businesses across Biotech, FinTech and MedTech across the US East Coast. 

Since the business was founded, we’ve grown from a team of two to forty—and with no plans to slow down, we’re committed to ambitious national and international growth. As a rapidly scaling business, we’re always looking for future leaders and we invest heavily in the people who join us at Harmonic.
